Eligibility for Returns
- Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

- Sale or promotional items
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at {email address} within 7 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift credit.
